So this is a great dish for an easy meal.I made this dish last week and took it to the pastor and his wife. They had a new baby and this gave them the night off from cooking.I will warn you that it makes alot so be ready to eat leftovers.
What you need:
2 lbs ground meat browned and drained
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 large jar of pace picante sauce
3 cups of shredded cheese
1 pkg of flour tortillas
1 pkg of taco seasoning
Brown the meat and add 2/3 cup water and the pkg of taco seasoning to it.In a large bowl mix together the cans of soup and the picante sauce.Add meat to that mixture.
Have your crockpot on high.Take the flour tortillas and start the layering process.
Layers: Flour tortilla, cover with meat/soup mixture/top with cheese.Repeat til done and make sure the last layer is cheese on top.Put lid on and cook 2 hrs on high.
Hope everyone enjoys this easy but delicious meal.
